 Registered office of the corporate is that the official address of the corporate where any communication concerning the corporate is shipped . because it is that the public record therefore different Government Departments and other organisations uses an equivalent record to speak with the corporate .

The registered office of the corporate is set at the time of incorporation of the corporate . afterward at any stage we will change the registered office of the corporate by following the procedure laid down under the businesses Act,2013.

Registered Office Requirement during Company Registration
At the time of incorporation of a corporation , it's important to declare the registered office of the corporate and submit documentary evidence. Typically, the subsequent documents must be submitted while declaring a registered office of a corporation during incorporation:


  1. Electricity Bill / Water Bill / land tax Receipt
  2. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from Landlord for Registered Office
  3. Rental or Lease Agreement between Landlord and therefore the Company


It is important to notice that the name and address mentioned on the electricity bill / water bill / land tax receipt exactly match the NOC Certificate from Landlord and therefore the Rental Agreement. Further, the registered office of a corporation can't be a vacant land or building under construction. However, there's also no requirement for the registered office to be a billboard or industrial property. The registered office of a corporation also can be a residential property.

While registered office or corporate office address is not available at the time of incorporation then in this case, you can provide the lived address. The registered office of the corporate must then be declared by filing INC 22 within 15 days of incorporation of the corporate .


REGISTERED OFFICE OF the corporate WHILE INCORPORATION:

A company shall, with in 30 days of incorporation or in least times there after, they should have a registered office and it should be capable of receiving and acknowledging all communications / notices it could be addressed thereto . the corporate must file necessary address proof like conveyance / lease deed/rent agreement etc and replica of utility bill (not older than two months) at the time of incorporation.

In case the corporate has not decided the registered office of the corporate during the method of incorporation, then the corporate may provide the temporary correspondence address.

As per the newest amendment every company must declare/register its registered office by filing form INC-22 within 30 days from its incorporation.


CHANGE IN REGISTERED OF the corporate 

Once the registered office of the corporate is registered, an equivalent are often changed at any stage. the appropriate procedure should be followed for changing the registered office address. Notice of each change of things of the registered office, after the date of incorporation of the corporate , shall tend to the Registrar within thirty days of the change, who shall record an equivalent .

In case of change of registered office of a corporation , outside the local limits of any city, town or village, then the change of registered office must be approved by a special resolution gone by the corporate .

If the registered office of a corporation is to be changed from the jurisdiction of 1 registrar to the jurisdiction of another Registrar, then the change in registered office must be approved by the Regional Director.

Every company shall paint or affix its name, and therefore the address of its registered office, and keep an equivalent painted or affixed, on the surface of each office or place during which its business is carried on, during a conspicuous position, in legible letters.
